This wasn’t his back-up plan or second choice, but rather His design from the beginning – that He would adopt us into His family, invite us into relationship with Him, and give us a hope and a future. When we said our vows three years ago, we had no idea that adoption would be His design for our little family as well. We can’t wait for the day where we will meet the child He has chosen for us. We know that adoption is not always an easy road, and that this journey will come with trials of its own, but we long to love and care for a little one in the same way that our Heavenly Father has loved and cared for us.
