Our Story

We create meaningful, timeless jewelry to serve as an everyday reminder of what matters most and to give back to help make a difference in the lives of others. 

Having worked in several nonprofits before creating Marian Grace Designs, I know there is no better feeling than that of serving the community.  When we work together to help others, the world becomes a better place.

Thus, giving back is our mission. With each purchase you make, a portion of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to Gift of Adoption to help families fund their adoptions. As I know from personal experience, adoption is expensive and it's my goal to help with the financial burden so that families can grow in this very beautiful way.

WHY MARIAN GRACE?

Marian and Grace are the middle names of my daughters, both miracles that completed our family through means of IVF and adoption after our challenge with infertility. Through our struggles with infertility, it became crystal clear that life is a gift to never be taken for granted and there is nothing more important than celebrating this gift of life we've been given with each other. My daughters constantly serve as a reminder to me to never stop pursuing my dreams, no matter how hard the challenge may be.   

BACKGROUND

With a background in professional photography, it's no surprise that my favorite form of jewelry is the locket.  Marian Grace started when I was on the search for a unique locket with meaning both on the inside and out. In that search, I happened to come across some beautiful antique Victorian-era wax seals dating back to the 1800s. The art on each wax seal is so intricate with inspirational words and meaning just as relevant today as it was back then.  The thought of combining this art history with personal, meaningful photos immediately made my heart sing.

Through hard work and dedication,  I learned how to make my ideas come to life and Marian Grace was created with the hope that this jewelry can not only help to make an impact in the lives of others, but also tell your story through generations in a way that no other piece can.
