Q: Are all of your designs available as both lockets and necklaces?

A: Yes, you will be able to order any design that you choose in either a necklace or locket format.  You can choose from either sterling silver, antiqued sterling silver or vermeil (14k gold over sterling silver).

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Due to their personalized nature and to the fact that each piece is handcrafted, the jewelry requires a production lead time before shipping.

The production time is between 5-8 business days and items will be shipped upon completion of production.   Shipping times are based on the option you choose at checkout. 

  

Q: Which shipping option do you recommend?

A: Depending on the chosen method, your order will ship via USPS First Class, UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please consider upgrading to UPS for guaranteed delivery as we cannot guarantee delivery through USPS.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our products are 100% made in America. Each item is handcrafted in Texas.

 

Q: If I’m ordering a locket as a gift and am not sure what photo to include, what should I do?

A: If you're unsure as to what photo to include, the recipient can come back to our website and order a photo at any time at no cost.  There will be instructions provided with the locket that will explain how to order the photo.  The photo will be mailed directly to the recipient with instructions on how to insert the photo into the locket as well as the included materials required to do so. 

 

Q: If I’m ordering a locket as a gift, can I include a personal message?

A: Yes, an option to have a gift message included is provided upon check out. You will see a questions asking if your item is a gift. Click yes and a box will appear where you can write your message.

The message will be handwritten as it has been provided to us. Please be sure to include your name at the bottom of the message so that we will know to write it on the card if you wish to let the recipient know that you are the one who sent them the gift. You can choose to have your order shipped to either you or to the recipient of the gift.
