Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Due to its custom nature, our lockets cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Our necklaces (excluding lockets) are returnable for exchange only, but must be returned within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If you are looking to return an item for exchange, please email alicia@mariangracedesigns.com to request a return authorization number and return address. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at alicia@mariangracedesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the sender. It is recommended that tracking is purchased as Marian Grace is not responsible if the return does not arrive to us.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and obtaining a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
