WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Due to its personalized nature and to the fact that each piece is handcrafted, the jewelry requires a production lead time before they ship. The production lead time is between 5-8 business days and items will be shipped upon completion of production.   Shipping times are based on the option you choose at checkout. 

SHIPPING METHODS & POLICIES

Depending on the chosen method, your order will ship via USPS First Class, UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air. You will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please consider upgrading to UPS for guaranteed delivery as we cannot guarantee delivery through USPS.

Please note that we are not responsible for items that show as 'delivered' by the carrier, but that the recipient states has not arrived. In the event that this occurs, we will work with the carrier to try and locate the package. If it cannot be located, we will put in a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement only once the claim has been resolved. Please note that this process may take up to 10 business days.
