This pendant is handmade from an authentic wax seal stamp dating back to the 1800s.  When you wear it, you are wearing a piece of art history. The wax seal stamp depicts a horse jumping a fence with the French words, L’Obstacle Excite Mon Ardeur, which means Obstacles Excite Me. In heraldry, the horse is a symbol of speed and intellect.
